About Lucy

Lucy specialises in the cryopreservation of animal biological samples, for use in breeding programs. Her career started in 2017 at Stallion AI Services – a world leading centre for equine semen preservation & distribution. Here specialising in equine semen cryopreservation. Via demand for equine rare breed preservation, Lucy developed and established company Gemini Genetics – a domestic animal genetic preservation company, specialising in skin sample cryopreservation of cats, dogs and horse, for cloning and other regenerative technologies. As well as managing company Gemini Genetics, Lucy is also Scientific Advisor and Lab Consultant for Nature’s SAFE, and currently holds the position of head of the scientific committee. Lucy aims to ensure the highest standard of genetic preservation for the Nature’s SAFE laboratory, as well as leading and facilitating development of regenerative cryopreservation via the scientific committee.
